Customer service are the best ever! The seat and their service are so good I just want to keep buying these seats, just incase no more ever! :'(

The Fan is good, deodoriser really works&Def worth paying that Bit more, water instant warm, pressure is fantastic, why anyone says it's not??

No complaints, why anyone could? Packaging was brilliant, product was quality everything from the instructions(laminated) to the fittings.

It was easy, painfree(apart from my own pipework). Followed instructions, only I put metal lipped bracket wrong way up so seat moved. Turned other way &sturdy as our Bemis.


The only problem I had, was my pipework was rigid&angled,so I had too move the actual flusher in cistern, up out way to get the t attachment on. Then screw cistern flush attachment back.

Did take little while for my brain to think what to do with this. I did also stupidly try to remove the bottom main nut from pipe,(what idiot wondered y not coming away, glad it didn't gulp)so please don't touch your main pipe nuts etc..????as if you would.

Anyway was all simple pipe to loo seat, plug in & way to go.
The lid is rigid and strong.


It's a life saver for 2 family members, with severe M.E. who went through hell& sheer exhaustion& time, trying to clean themselves. Made them crash a lot& loo 2 was a burden& misery..

Not anymore, it takes mins to get to the stage took hour+to reach, as they have to have breaks between wiping due to fatigue & exhaustion, from doing the loo& trying to clean.

So this is a godsend & also for member family, has problems with no 2, the turbo mode , got them from severe pain, to needing ambulance, thinking it's kidneys,to sigh of relief, messy loo.

So this is extremely important for disabled people. It's brilliant &so.are the sellers they are astounding service after care. Xxxx love love love love love. Xxx

no doubt best toilet seat i ever sat on . honestly don't know how i lived all this years without it .
after seeing what it can do i would have gladly paid twice the asking price .

Seemed to be easy to install by my plumber. Needed electricity with a breaker.

I like the feature that cleans the pipes before they come out and go back in. Takes a few seconds though so the spray is delayed a bit, but not annoyingly so. The water comes out warm from the start. Like that I can set the water temp. The spray on the full setting works so well that toilet paper is not needed! I also like the feature of being able to move the spray front and back.

The fan works but takes a bit of time. I do like the feature that when you get up the fan goes off due to the touch sensor on the seat.

Bidet setting is a great! I also like the separate remote and think it is worth having as opposed to the other model where it is attached at the side. The remote comes with a nice holder that sticks on the wall easily. Even comes with batteries.

So pleased with it. Only can’t keep my friends off it.

For those thinking about buying this product, think no more. Very well designed and value for money, you are not throwing your money down the toilet with this product! The install is pretty simple. The power outlet needs to go in to a Switched Fused Connection with Flex outlet (this wire from toilet will use the flex outlet) see below for link. As for the customer service, it is the best I have experienced for a long time. The team attended to every need and ensured all my questions were answered. Even after a year! Best Service Ever!

What a great find! We love this addition to the master bathroom. Fantastic quality, very useful for any family member. Remote control is straight forward to use, bidet is efficient, clean, and easy to install and use. I am also glad there are the manual control buttons on the side in case your remote runs out of batteries. I am new to bidets in general and I wish I had made the jump and picked one up years ago. I definitely recommend bidets to everyone, even if they don't want to spend for models on the expensive side like this one. I am very satisfied.

This unit is a cost-effective way of joining the current trend to use hygienic & convenient Eastern toilet technology. Toilets in Japan and Korea now normally have this technology and using this system has become a growing trend in the West.
Can you put a price on feeling clean? It's possible to pay in excess of £7000 for a toilet with this system integrated, Maro makes it possible to add it to an existing WC pedestal for a few £hundred.

I found the seller to be very helpful in answering all my questions and the package arrived very quickly.
The Tee-piece linking the water supply to the unit is standard half-inch BSP and screws straight into normal UK pipe fittings without any modification. Fitting was straightforward & quick.

The unit functions well and has many options. It's a Green device saving water and trees (i.e. the thousands of gallons of water & thousands of trees used to make toilet paper), has many power saving features and a low standby usage of electricity.

I would recommend this product and this company to anyone. I have also recommended it to elderly relatives as it would definitely make issues of infirmity less troublesome.
'Bottom' line:- having used this for over a month, we wouldn't go back.

I purchased my first one several months ago to make sure it worked as well as I had hoped. After using it I purchased 2 more! It fits well, has several settings, no leakage, and is straight forward to install. I definitely use a lot less toilet paper and I feel much cleaner!!! I highly recommend this product!

Unfortunately we had to return it as it not fit our pan. Thankfully Toaleta was very cooperative and helpful. Jonas is a lovely gentlemen!

Tricky to fit due to the way our toilet pipes are so close to wall/floor and needed an extra 2 way pipe fitment. Took more like 2 hours to install than 20 minutes! But that was probably due to the fact we are not big DIY experts.

The jet is very powerful which was a bit of a, shall we say shock, when first used! Much stronger than the ones we were used to in Turkey. But well made and fit for purpose. Would buy again.

really do not know how to start reviewing this and be delicate. Here goes. The seat is comfortable and the controls are astonishing and easy to operate. All in all they are very good indeed and at the risk of using a double entendre they do the job.

Very easy to install, I did not even read the instruction, just went to the YouTube watch the instruction video before start. This bidet has all the function We need: nozzle position adjustment, water and drying temperature setting, oscillating setting, heated seat with skin sensor for energy saving. Soft closure added a nice touch to this product. Everybody in the house like it very much. I recommended it to all my friends.

We replaced a Duravit Starck seat with this one. What an immediate improvement, and that is even before the warm air drier, absent from Duravit.

Excellent water pressure, easy to use controls. Eccentric English - "Backford" is quaint - and would have preferred a term like "Lady Wash" instead of "Bidet" so our guests didn't need an explanation.

Love the auto programme.

The Eco setting saves seat heating electricity.

No money has been wasted on motorised lid raising and lowering. All that does is breaks if a guest lifts it instead of pressing the button, and we are pleased this doesn't have it.

I'd like the night light to have an auto darkness sensor, but I really don't care enough to be upset it isn't there.

Seat comfort is good.

The extended warranty is excellent. I now have seven years peace of mind. I don't expect it to break, but, seriously, this is water plus electricity, plus mechanical stuff. Buy the warranty!

This beats any bidet seat I used in Japan, and the cleanliness is awesome. The toilet is now a hands free experience. The hygiene improvement is amazing.

My guests laugh until the moment they try it. Then they want one, too.

Our old one broke and we needed a new one. Put in the order on a Wednesday, the shipping confirmation said the toilet would arrive around 20 days. Four days later the toilet arrives, had it installed in under 30 minutes with a screwdriver. Very happy with it and can't live without it.

Compared top Toto, this product is superior. I am comparing it to Toto Washlet. The Maro installs easier and will leave you cleaner than the Toto Washlet. I have both installed in the house.

First word that comes to mind is Life-Changing! I have had "rear end" issues forever and have been wanting a bidet for 13 years (ever since I moved back from Italy where we had the kind that is separate from the toilet). This is way better than the European version because:
- you don't have to move from the toilet to another device
- it's easier to use (just push the buttons)
- you don't have to wait for water to get warm
- you don't need separate plumbing
And for those of you wondering why you should get a bidet to begin with. Here's why you should:
- No friction (Ahhhhhh!)
- You end up much cleaner (so you feel refreshed afterwards)
- Use very little toilet paper (which also means you don't have to flush as much)
- Generally soothing and pampering
If you are a woman, there are a couple of reasons why this suits you particularly. I'll try not to be graphic, but the "front" spray is wonderful after you've had some fun with your hubby and during your monthly cycle.
Men, if you want to truly pamper your wife, as unromantic as this sounds, get her a bidet (there are romantic side effects). I recommend packaging it with other romantic things. And, guess what, you get to use it too. My husband, after me nagging him to get one for a while, said to me, "why didn't we get one of these years ago?"
And that says it all...

It took me longer to read the manual than to install the Mario toilet seat. The controls are easy to figure out - just remember to press STOP! (Or not, it does cut-off if you stand-up). I bought this to install in my mother's house. She has been very impressed! I like it so much that I am planning on getting one for my house - probably a less expensive model. The prices are much better than from the local stores.

The product does look and feel fantastic. Real shame it doesn't fit my toilet (Our one-piece is just too short).
Got the refund sorted within a week, no questions asked. Wonderful experience so far. I am coming back in a year or so after renovations!

Wow! I should have gotten this a long time ago. As others have also indicated, using the toilet is usually a messy ordeal for me. I've known about bidet toilet seats for several years but assumed they were not very good. Thanks to online reviews, I did some research recently and, based on all the positive feedback for this and other brands, I decided to finally buy one. I chose this one because of the continuous warm water and the fact that it is higher pressure than some of the others. It is a godsend. No more need to take a shower or wash yourself "down there" afterwards. The water starts out lukewarm but very quickly - within a second or less - is at temp. The 2 minute wash time seems more than adequate to do the job but you can run it longer if necessary since this thing will not run out of warm water. The dryer does not get you completely dry but it does a pretty good job. I didn't think I needed the heated seat but it sure is nice to have! Very easy to install. My house is pretty new so the plumbing matched up well. When it arrived, I opened the box and thought to myself "no way this only takes 30 minutes to install". But I got stared and actually did finish in about 30 minutes. The instructions are not super clear but easy enough. The water supply hose has a 90 degree connector on one end. Instructions don't tell you where to attach it. I tried it on the "t" and on the bidet seat. It seemed about the same either way so I attached it to the seat - a 90 degree connector on BOTH ends might have been nicer. I had to use an extension cord and was able to plug it into a GFI outlet. Will get the electrician to install an outlet next to the toilet. I've only had this 4 days and I do not want to be without it. I am a single male - my family and friends may think I'm nuts when they find out I have this (it is in the master bath so most folks will never know) but I really don't care. If none of them have the same problems as I have, they will never understand anyway. A true bidet is nice but this is much better. Nothing you need to do except push some buttons on a remote. I can honestly say this is a life changer for me and I am so glad I made the investment.

I installed this for a lady of the age of 86, that requested a washlet. My research for as many features as possible with best price directed me to the Brondell 1000.
Then ratings on this brand and model had me approve. The lady is a customer of mine, (me the plumber) she gave a great feed back report of the unit several weeks later. Expressed Hygiene was improved as expected, along with overall skin health as a result of being in a wheelchair.

I am highly delighted with this product. After 8years of having to have someone to help me with my toileting. I am now independent. The help I had from Jonas Mayer was outstanding.

I installed the bidet on our guest bathroom toilet and found the installation to be well-instructed and fairly simple. Its functionality is excellent and the controls are well-designed and intuitive. We installed the bidet on a "round" toilet, but it will work just as well on an elongated toilet. The hygiene benefits, particularly for women and girls, are considerable as well as the savings in toilet paper with the drier feature. The toilet is still functional as usual if the bidet features are not selected. We used a similar bidet at a B&B during a recent vacation and found this unit to be more streamlined and intuitive. I would recommend the installation of a GFCI receptacle beside the water line as we did for a neat appearance. It is an excellent value for the price paid. My 11-year old daughter posted a "Warning" on the adjacent shower doors that says "May cause extreme laughter". If you get one, you will understand.

We were very pleased with the Maro until it stopped working, but tooalta serviced it in under a week, no charges, not even shipping. Marvelous service, thank you!

Performance:
Cleaning excellent! The controls allow the spray to be positioned well. The water temperature does cool some with prolonged use, as with two users in quick succession. (The water supply in this house is extremely cold.)
Drying OK. Probably would dry eventually if one were patient, but a touch with paper is sufficient.
Seat Comfort is ergonomic and very pleasant to seat on for longer periods of time.
Remote is handy and works well.

Power consumption: Minimal. I put the Washlet on a Kill A Water meter for 68 hours. In that time it used 1.03 KWH in spite of frequent use. (The seat heater was turned off as unnecessary.)

Design: It just looks fantastic on my wall-hung toilet. I can't believe it is such a perfect fit shape wise

Installation on the Maro D'italia Di600 toilet was easy.

Summary: We are extremely pleased. I have had an outlet installed in another bathroom and am ordering another Washlet.

My sister did the research; the price didn't vary. It's expensive, but after two weeks we purchased a second for the other bathroom. Wish we bought it years ago.
