United Kingdom Customers: A Seamless Experience
We have simplified post-Brexit shipping. All prices listed on Tooaleta.co.uk include 20% UK VAT. There are no further import duties, customs clearance fees, or additional charges to be paid upon delivery. The price at checkout is final.
European Union Customers
Prices include the respective VAT rate of your destination country (ranging from 17% to 27%). This is calculated automatically at checkout. As this is an intra-EU shipment, there are no additional import duties.
International (Non-EU/UK) Customers
VAT is deducted automatically at checkout. Please note that local import duties and taxes will be collected directly by the carrier (e.g., FedEx/DHL) upon entry into your country.

Tracking Your Order

Important Recommendations for Installation
- Booking Tradespeople: We strongly recommend that you do not book plumbers or contractors until your goods have arrived and have been inspected. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or costs incurred due to third-party tradespeople waiting for deliveries.
