1. Standard Manufacturer Warranty
All our products come with a 2 year mandatory manufacturer warranty, offering peace of mind for your purchase.

Two-Year Warranty Areas: A mandatory two-year warranty applies to the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the following European countries:

Warranty Scope & Conditions
If a claim is made within the warranty period according to the rules below, the Manufacturer covers service costs.
Tooaleta guarantees that the product shall be free from material defects and manufacturing faults for the applicable warranty period, calculated from the date of installation at the end user's premises.
- Coverage: An authorized Tooaleta customer service representative shall rectify any material defects or manufacturing faults free of charge by repairing or replacing the defective parts.
- Claims: Claims can only be made if:
- The product has been installed according to the instructions.
- No unauthorized modifications have been made (no parts removed, replaced with non-standard parts, or added).
- The defect is not caused by improper use, inadequate care, or lack of maintenance.
Important Installation Note:
The product can be installed by the customer themselves, and this will not void the Warranty. Furthermore, shortening the power cord required for installation does not void the warranty!
Note: In the event a product has been discontinued, Tooaleta, at its sole discretion, shall either repair the product, offer a comparable replacement, or provide a refund at the lesser of the purchase price or current value. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end-user.
2. Returning Items for Service or Repair
If your product requires service under warranty, it generally needs to be shipped back to our main service center in the European Union. Shipping items across borders for repair can involve complex customs paperwork to avoid being taxed on the item's value upon its return.
We handle the paperwork: Simplified FedEx Service
To make the return process hassle-free for our UK and non-EU customers, we offer a managed pickup service via FedEx.
- Fee: Approximately £25 - £35 GBP per parcel (fee depends on parcel size and weight).
- We handle Customs: By using our service, Tooaleta manages all necessary customs declarations and paperwork on your behalf.
- No Extra Duties: We ensure that you are not incorrectly charged import duties or taxes when the repaired item is returned to you.
How to arrange: Please contact our customer support team to organize a FedEx service pickup.
Note: If you choose to use your own shipping carrier instead of our managed service, you are fully responsible for correctly completing all international customs declarations to avoid import duty charges upon the item's return.
3. Service Membership (Extended Warranty)
For extra peace of mind, you can purchase an extended service membership for our Wash & Dry toilet seats. **This coverage comes into effect immediately after your standard one or two-year manufacturer warranty expires.**
1-Year Extension
Cost: +10% of purchase price
- Year +1: 100% cover of costs for spare parts and labor.
3-Year Extension
Cost: +20% of purchase price
- Year +1: 100% cover of costs for spare parts and labor.
- Years +2 & +3: 75% cover of costs for spare parts and labor.
5-Year Extension
Cost: +30% of purchase price
- Year +1: 100% cover for parts and labor.
- Years +2 & +3: 75% cover for parts and labor.
- Years +4 & +5: 50% cover for parts and labor.

4. Warranty Documentation
An official warranty information booklet, complete with a company stamp and signature of a legal representative, is included physically in the package you receive.
