Mandatory Manufacturer warranty.

All our products have a mandatory one-year or two-year manufacturer warranty, depending on the product.

Mandatory one-year or two-year warranty applies to United Kingdom & Ireland  and for European countries:
Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, BIH, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Swizerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

For countries outside of continental Europe only the standard one-year warranty applies.
 

If one year (or two year) mandatory warranty is applied within the warranty rules, Manufacturer covers service costs.

The scope of this warranty is as follows:

1.  T00aleta guarantees that the product shall be free from material defects and

manufacturing faults for a period of 2 years ("warranty period") calculated from the

date of installation at the end user's premises. Warranty scope:

•            Within the warranty period, a customer service

representative authorised by T00aleta shall rectify any material defects or

manufacturing faults free of charge by repairing or replacing the defective parts.

The end user shall not be entitled to assert more extensive claims against T00aleta on

the basis of this warranty.

2.  Claims can only be made under the warranty if:

•            The product has been installed according to the instructions

•            No modifications have been made to the product; in particular, no parts have

been removed, replaced or added; and

•            The product defect has not been caused by improper installation or use, nor

can it be attributed to inadequate care or maintenance;

NOTE: The product can be installed by the customer itself and it will not void the Warranty. Cutting the cord does not void the warranty!

3.  The warranty is exclusively subject to the substantive law of the country in which

T00aleta has its place of business.

The following T00aleta products are covered by mandatory warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original end user customer.

In the event a product has been discontinued, T00aleta, at its sole discretion, shall either repair the product, offer to replace it with a comparable product or provide a refund at the lesser of the purchase price or the product's current value.

Repaired or replacement products will continue to be covered by this mandatory warranty for the remainder of the original warranty term or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

This mandetory warranty applies only to the original end user customer for the term of the product warranty described herein. This mandetory warranty is non-transferable.

United Kingdom leaving the UK? No problem. Business as usual!

Outward Processing Relief. Customers do not pay customs duties, TAX and CAP charges, during of after the warranty period.

Service membership - Additional Warranty Coverage

You can become a member in our service membership program if you purchase our Wash & Dry toilet seats.

Service membership comes into effect after the one/two-year warranty expires.

• 1-year membership service – extra charge 10% of the purchase price
• 3-year membership service – extra charge 20% of the purchase price
• 5-year membership service – extra charge 30% of the purchase price

1-year membership service:

    100% cover of costs for spare parts and manual work.


3-year membership service:

• 100% cover of costs for spare parts and manual work in the first year
• 75% cover of costs for spare parts and manual work in the second and third year

5-year membership service

• 100% cover of costs for spare parts and manual work in the first year
• 75% cover of costs for spare parts and manual work in the second and third year
• 50% cover of costs for spare parts and manual work in the fourth and fifth year
