Official Manufacturer's Warranty (UK & Ireland)

Every product supplied by Tooaleta comes with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty. This warranty operates in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

Coverage Duration:

Two (2) Years: United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and mainland Europe.

One (1) Year: All other territories worldwide.

European countries covered by the 2-year term include: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Important Notes on Service

  • Manufacturer-Led Process: Warranty claims are handled directly by the product manufacturer's own local service engineers, with our dedicated concierge guidance.
  • Local Servicing: Products are serviced locally within the UK. Please refer to the warranty booklet included with your product for your direct service contact.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs to and from service centres follow the manufacturer's specific policy and are generally excluded.

What is Typically Covered

  • Freedom from material defects and manufacturing faults for the applicable warranty term.
  • Repair or replacement of defective parts by an authorised service centre, per the manufacturer's terms.

Conditions & Exclusions

Conditions for Coverage:

  • Installation must follow product instructions and local UK water regulations.
  • No unauthorised modifications to the unit.
  • Defects must not arise from inadequate maintenance, limescale buildup, or foreign matter in the water supply.

Note: Professional hardwiring by a qualified electrician, carried out in accordance with UK regulations, does not invalidate the warranty when installed correctly.

Not Typically Covered: Consumables (filters, deodorisers, remote batteries), damage from limescale or aggressive cleaners, accidental damage, non-approved repairs, and commercial use (unless expressly stated).

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Check Your Booklet: Consult the physical warranty booklet included in your box for the manufacturer's local UK service contact details.
  2. Contact Directly: Reach out to the service partner with your serial number, proof of purchase, and a brief description (photos/video help).
  3. Concierge Support: While repairs are handled by the brand, Tooaleta is always happy to assist with documentation or escalating your claim if needed.

Tooaleta Service Membership — Extended Cover

For ultimate peace of mind, you may extend your coverage beyond the standard two-year warranty. Membership activates the day after your standard term ends.

How it Works: Repairs continue to be performed by the manufacturer's authorised service centres. Tooaleta subsidises the cost of spare parts and authorised labour according to your selected plan.

1-Year Extended

Additional charge: +10%*

  • Year 3: 100% contribution towards parts & authorised labour.

Transit shipping costs excluded.

5-Year Extended

Additional charge: +30%*

  • Year 3: 100% contribution towards parts & authorised labour.
  • Years 4–5: 75% contribution towards parts & authorised labour.
  • Years 6–7: 50% contribution towards parts & authorised labour.
