Claims and Returns

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel the contract for internet or telephone-based sales at any time up to 14 working days after receipt of delivery of the goods by notifying us by email.

Bidets are personal hygienic devices.  As such, bidets which have been used cannot be returned.  However - some bidets come with a 30 Day Trial and of course those seats can be returned for any reason, used or not.

All notifications submitted in time are valid.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of notice of withdrawal.  We take into account postal seals.
The goods must be sent undamaged and unchanged, with the original packaging.
Send us your request to return the product.
All returns can be carried out only after agreement within seven working days.
All returns can be carried out no later than in  14 days after your notification of withdrawal.

The possibility of returning the goods or of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

Due to hygienic reasons the goods may not be used.
The goods must be in original packaging, undamaged, with all original parts and instructions.

We will refund the purchase price within  14 days via Paypal, reverse the Credit Card Payment or transfer to your bank account (that is why we need your bank account number).

Note:

-The postage will not be refunded.
-All information regarding the time of delivery are not binding unless it is not expressly stipulated by Toolaeta GmbH
-We do not take responsibility for delivery.
-We do not accept shipments with ransom.

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged
We're sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, parts, etc., where applicable.

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind
We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, parts, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item.

 

Easy Exchanges
Order the wrong size? Tooaleta accepts exchanges on new and unused products within 45 days of shipment date.  New and unused means the bidet has not been installed, used or altered in any way and remains in resaleable condition.  Due to the hygiene nature of our business, any products that have been hooked up to water or used in any way are not eligible for exchange due to Public Health Regulations and tooaleta.eu policy.

Exchanges must still be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included (unless otherwise instructed) or be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

 

Returns after Brexit

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Tooaleta will pay for the exchange shipping back to you or simply make a pickup with our currier!  Exchanges are be shipped via DHL or DPD with insurance.

 New and unused means the bidet has not been used or altered in any way and remains in resaleable condition.  Due to the hygiene nature of our business, any products that have been hooked up to water or used in any way are not eligible for return due to Public Health Regulations and Tooaleta GmbH policy.
Thefore you can install the bidet seat on your toilet to see if it fits, but do not connect it to the water supply.

Please allow up to 15 days after processing for refund to appear as a credit on your bank statement.  A restocking fee of  5% may be applied to returns with missing or damaged parts.
