The V-Care 3 Core features an onboard diagnostic system. If the toilet is not dispensing water, observe the red LED on the side button panel:
- Red LED blinks 4 times: "Inlet Water Closed" or "No Water" error. Check that the mains water supply is open and that the water inlet filter is clean and free of blockage.
- Red LED blinks 9 times + 5 long beeps: "Abnormal Water Level" in the internal tank.
Hard Reset Procedure: Press the Stop and Pre-Wash buttons on the remote simultaneously and hold for 10 seconds. After a long beep, the toilet will draw in water and exit error mode. Switch the unit off, confirm water is present at the supply, then switch it back on to restore normal operation.
