Nice looking product at a reasonable price let down by poor quality review by Richard T on 12/30/2025The product has a lot of good features, including a heated seat which is now always easy to obtain on a reasonably priced e-bidet. The product was feasibly easy to install, although the plumber had a lot of difficulties with the wall-hung pan (rather than with the seat which is where all the e-bidet functionality is).
However after only 4 weeks of use the product has developed a leak which will need technical support (and likely a new seat). The Roca support line is very poor, with no response to the phone number (admittedly this is over the Xmas period, but even so there is no ability to leave a message and request a call-back). Will update the review when I (hopefully) hear more from the Roca support team.
