Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. This is a "Back-to-Wall" model, which means the ceramic sits on the floor but the water tank (cistern) must be concealed in the wall or furniture behind it. You will need a standard concealed dual-flush cistern.
Yes. The smart bidet functions (washing, drying, UV light, seat sensor) require a standard mains electrical connection. The connection point should be positioned behind the toilet according to UK electrical safety zones.
While the App offers deep customization, the toilet comes with a sleek magnetic Remote Control for everyday use. Additionally, there is a simplified Side Knob on the ceramic itself for basic wash and dry functions—perfect for guests.

Roca smart pan review by Chris Hurwitz on 9/2/2025Thomas supplied 5 Roca toilets for one of our customers. We wasn’t familiar with the brand before but was pleasantly surprised with the spec. For the money its got more features than units costing alot more. Just a heads up if you’re fitting to existing frames you do need the mounting kits in addition to the pans, otherwise you’ll be short on bits. Other than that they seem really good and went in pretty straight forward.
