Unlike the entry-level Classic model, the Comfort edition is a complete hygiene solution. It includes Seat Heating, Warm Air Drying, and Odour Extraction, making it comparable to fully integrated shower toilets but with significantly easier installation on existing ceramics.

WhirlSpray & Lady Shower
Enjoy the patented pulsating, rotating shower spray for a thorough clean. The Comfort model also features a separate Lady Shower nozzle arm, specifically angled for gentle feminine hygiene. Both offer 5 adjustable pressure settings.
Warmth & Drying
Never sit on a cold seat again. The Rapid Heated Seat activates immediately upon approach. Following your wash, the integrated Warm Air Dryer provides a touch-free drying experience, reducing the need for paper.
Odour Extraction
Unpleasant smells are captured directly inside the WC ceramic before they can spread into the room. A quiet, integrated fan draws air through a replaceable Ceramic Honeycomb Filter, returning clean air to the bathroom.

The Tuma Comfort features SoftClosing and SoftOpening mechanisms, but it does not feature an automated sensor-driven lid opening function (this feature is reserved for the Mera and Sela models).

Toilet lid flimsy quality, cracks when sitting on it while drying feet after shower review by G on 7/21/2024Toilet lid is of flimsy quality, it cracks when a thin adult sits on it while drying feet after shower. Warranty was still valid but was told lid is not meant for sitting on it. First time I hear this, always using toilet lid to sit on it after shower, to dry feet, get dressed, check children while they’re bathing. I would never buy this expensive bidet toilet again just because of this issue.
We had 2 other brands before, Duravit and Popodusche, used extensively and sat on the lid for many years, never had a problem with the lid cracking.
Geberit is supposed to be premium brand, this is very disappointing! -

Bought one of these toilets for disabled parent thought it would give them some degree of independence but its a total waste of money just glad to get the opportunity to warn others not to believe everything they read The drying system is a joke you would need to sit on the toilet for 5 minutes minimum and even at that you need to finish drying manually by using toilet paper there are better and cheaper models out there also the Geberit customer service is poor and slow

Installs fine in the UK and Europe - but make sure you have a cistern with the water inlet on the left. review by George Lawrance on 10/12/2017
I guess anyone who buys one of these knows and likes the Japanese style loos, so I thought it might be useful just to confirm that these are installable in the UK and Europe - yes they are.
Electrical connection: it is on the right (facing the loo), 13 amps, comes with an EU plug. We drilled a hole through the wall for the wire to go through and had an electrician install a socket on the far side of the wall, and changed the plug. It is very important that water can't run down the wire so both seal the hole with mastic and have the socket above the hole and get an electrician to do it!!!
Water connection: is on the left side of the bidet. They use threads that are compatible with BSP threads (i.e. the normal plumbing fittings you will find in the UK and Europe). We needed a couple of adaptors to change the pipe size and a T juction to split the takeoff for the cistern and the bidet.
Quality: the entire unit worked just fine except the air drier was fairly ineffective, especially given the watts it allegedly put out. The water is warm and temperature adjustable, the options for the nozzle are good.
