Appalling reliability review by Sonny on 7/10/2021Have had 2 of these in the past 5 years and both have stopped working, and deemed unrepairable.
Villeroy and Boch not interested.
For such a price tag one would expect far more.
Faced with the question - Do I buy another ??

I have two of these. They both stopped working after warranty terms. The makers do not provide service. They told me any person with plumbing or electrical knowledge can repair it. So, fo i need to call a plumber or an electrician? Both?? And where would they get spare parts, since there isn’t any??? Tooaleta also claims to have an out of warranty repair service but, no surprise, their customer service is rubbish and after calling they never called me back. Considering it took two months and several calls to get the seats when i bought them, i would not trust them shipping my seat for repairs and hope to get it back, anyway. Avoid like the plague!

This is a complete rubbish, mine stopped working after 3 years, V&B do not want know, water has leaked form the inside and corroded the whole unit.
This think is designed to break just after your warrantee runs out, and then expect you to fork 1200 for new one

Life changing review by Noel on 11/16/2016
This is my first electric Bidet. The product was easy to install (according to our plumber) and the controls were intuitive. I love the convenience of the wall mounted (detachable) remote, with all the buttons and functions laid out. It is truly what my friends call a "life changing" device.

I have to say, for such a reputable brand, i expected a lot more. At this price range, i should not expect cheap plastic to be used. I have no doubt the lid will break sooner then later. Hopefully the warranty will cover it. Bidet function cleans well, but the air dryer takes up to 2 minutes to really dry completely. Disappointing. If my mother was not satisfied i would have returned it.
