Intermittent fault, but excellent customer service review by Ryan on 6/20/2022This item has come with a intermittent fault where the remote will not communicate with the toilet. After contacting customer service they advised with turning it off and on again. Which obviously I had done as well as changing the batteries in the remote. Sadly the intermittent fault has not cleared and after 3 weeks if now completely unresponsive. I have contacted customer services for a replacement and I am awaiting a reply.
Update, customer service for TOTO is top. They arranged for another item to be sent out straight away from Germany which arrived after a few days. They then arranged for the faulty item to be collected and returned. The new seat is now working perfectly as it should be. Thanks Toto
