Quality feel and easy to use, lovely remote, great help from Thomas review by Chloe, Bath on 12/31/2025Just to be clear, the toilet is standard white, it’s the remote that’s matte white and it actually looks really smart on the wall. The wash is consistent, the seat is comfortable, and it feels like a proper quality bit of kit. It’s one of those purchases that sounds a bit extravagant until you’re used to it, then you wonder why you waited. Thomas was great when we had questions about compatibility and delivery.
