TOTO WASHLET® RG Lite with RP Close-Coupled WC and Hidden Connections
Adjustable warm-water washing and a heated seat, paired with the rimless RP pan and its matching ceramic cistern.
The TOTO RG Lite + RP close-coupled shower toilet set pairs the TCF34120GGB electric bidet seat with the CW561Y#XW pan and SW561DY#W ceramic cistern. The cistern sits directly on the floor-standing pan, with the flush button on its cover. Fit the separately ordered TCA567 kit to conceal the WASHLET water hose and power lead and keep the sides of the ceramic clear.

The open inner edge is easy to reach when wiping the ceramic.
TORNADO FLUSH
A swirling rinse sweeps around the bowl. The cistern button offers a 3 L reduced or 4.5 L full flush.
CEFIONTECT glaze
A smooth finish helps reduce residue adhesion and makes the bowl easier to wipe.
Warm-water washing with EWATER+ wand care
Three adjustable sprays
Choose rear, soft rear or front washing. Set the spray pressure, water temperature and wand position. Select oscillation for wider coverage or massage for a varying spray pressure.
Heated seat and two user memories
Set the seat warmth separately from the water temperature. Save your preferred wash-water temperature, spray pressure and wand position for two users on the supplied remote.
EWATER+ wand cleaning
Electrolysed tap water automatically cleans the spray wand after washing. You can also start a cleaning cycle from the remote. Between uses, the wand retracts behind a protective flap above the ceramic.
Continuous-flow heating
The RG Lite warms the incoming cold water as it flows, at the temperature you select for your wash.
The soft-close seat and lid lower gently. Energy-saving settings help manage seat heating, and the built-in descaling programme and removable spray nozzle provide two ways to manage limescale.
Plan the hidden connections before fitting
Allow space for the pan and cistern
The floor-standing pan is 700 mm deep. TOTO’s drawing shows a nominal 836 mm from finished floor to cistern top with the pan and cistern assembled. Check door clearance and have your installer confirm the waste position and connector.
Set out the water and power supplies
The cistern takes its water supply from the rear. Use the RP and TCA567 drawings to plan the WASHLET’s cold-water and electrical connections. If retaining an existing left- or right-hand angle valve, have your installer check whether TOTO’s separate HM561UK (G ½) or HM561EU (G ⅜) cistern kit suits the valve thread and layout.

RG Lite and RP close-coupled set FAQs
Do I need the TCA567 connection kit?
Yes. TCA567 is the connection kit TOTO specifies for fitting this WASHLET to the RP close-coupled pan with concealed water and power routing. Order it separately from the three-piece bundle.
How do I flush the toilet?
Use the 3 L or 4.5 L button on the ceramic cistern cover. The wireless remote controls the WASHLET’s washing functions.
Does the RG Lite have EWATER+?
Yes. The RG Lite uses EWATER+ to clean the spray wand. The RP bowl is rinsed by TORNADO FLUSH when you press the cistern button.

Costs an arm and a leg but completely worth it review by Gary T. from Devon on 5/7/2026Bought this for my disabled wife as she was struggling with standard toilets and we needed something with a wash function. Never thought I'd pay this much for a toilet tbh. It sounds like madness but you really do get what you pay for with Toto.
Because its the close coupled version all the ugly wires and water pipes are hidden away neat at the back, looks like a normal modern loo. The built in smell extractor is brilliant too (actually keeps the bathroom smelling fresh instead of the alternative!). Word of warning if your fitting it yourself though, do not take your old loo out untill you have sat down and read the manual front to back twice. It is complicated to pipe up.
Having the remote control on the wall is miles better than them ones with the control panel attached to the side of the seat. My wife cant twist round to look at buttons so having the remote right in front of her is spot on. The wash settings are dead easy to figure out. The only thing this model doesn't have is a built in warm air dryer. But the seat is heated anyway so if you just take you time and relax its no big deal really.
Massive thanks to the customer service team who even told me how to get the VAT knocked off because it was for a disabled user and helped sort the paperwork. Brilliant service, you dont see that much anymore from online shops. 5 stars from us -

We originally wanted a wall-hung shower toilet, but our bathroom layout and existing plumbing made that more complicated than expected. This close-coupled TOTO set turned out to be the better solution. It still looks modern, especially with the hidden connections, but we avoided a much bigger building job.
