Bought for mum, but now I want one too review by Claire W. on 5/7/2026We installed this for my mum, who is 76 and has some mobility problems. She was against it at first because she thought it would be complicated, but she got used to the remote quicker than expected.
The main benefit is that she feels cleaner and more independent. The heated seat is a big comfort for her and the warm wash is gentle. She does not use every setting, to be honest, but the basic wash and dryer are enough.
Only small complaint is that it took some explaining at the start and we had to write down which buttons she uses most. But now she is very happy with it. I think it was money well spent.
