It is ok review by John on 3/14/2025Not the best out there. Had a washlet sg before, and this one's def a step down. Jets don’t come out far enough, so you gotta sit back to avoid splashing everywhere. Spray is either too soft or way too sharp and uncomfortable. Remote is super basic—you need your phone for most settings, which is a pain, especially for the feminine wash. Overall, not gonna win over any newbies.

Really nice remote and the toilet looks great! The LED at night is super handy and makes it look even better. Pretty easy to use too, but the drying mode is useless. Water temp selector works well tho. After 9 months, the feminine wash stopped working ????. Customer service said it needs regular descaling, so I got a kit—def def worth having one ready!
