ok review by Samy on 12/6/2022I’ve been using this for a year now. I had to ask an electrician to help do the wiring for my toilet, and also asked a plumber to help connect the piping. After a few days of installation there was a major leak from the bidet. I emailed customer support and got a quick response. They sent me a new unit and I returned the old one. After that I had no issues at all.
Overall it’s a good bidet, it still works well and the fit was good. I wish this bidet had more mode like adjustments to the sprinkle type to be more shower head rather than jet stream but it is still ok for me as I am able to adjust the position and water pressure of the nozzles using my remote control.
