Common Questions (FAQ)
Q: What is a Close-Coupled Back-to-Wall toilet?
A: The TOTO MH Close-Coupled WC (CW161Y) features a cistern that sits directly on the back of the pan. The "Back-to-Wall" design means the ceramic goes all the way to the wall, hiding the pipework for a cleaner look than open-back models.
Q: Is the TOTO MH Close-Coupled toilet rimless?
A: Yes, the CW161Y bowl included in this bundle features TOTO's Rimless design, making it significantly more hygienic and easier to clean than traditional rimmed toilets.
Q: Do I need a wall frame for this installation?
A: No. Because this is a floor-standing, close-coupled unit with its own cistern, no in-wall support frame is required, making it ideal for retrofitting in existing bathrooms.
