The Hands-Free System (Choice of Plate)
Why no flush plate? We have excluded the flush plate from this set, giving you the freedom to choose any GROHE Skate Cosmopolitan plate that matches your specific bathroom tapware and finish.
The Result? A fully automated system where the lid opens as you approach, the air is purified by Plasmacluster™ ions, and the toilet flushes itself automatically—finished in the style of your choice.
This latest iteration empowers you with a Simplified Descaling System (20-minute home maintenance) and medical-grade Plasmacluster™ Technology to actively kill bacteria inside the bowl.

Honest review after 5 months (hard water) review by Kirsty on 9/22/2026We went Sensia Arena 2.0 specifically because they simplified the descale. Old videos of the first one looked grim. You run the programme, grohe sachets, about 20 minutes, done. It did beep at us around week 10. Not the end of the world. Still cheaper than a service call.
Install: electrician at first fix for the SLX socket, plumber second fix for the pan and the auto flush motor. Isolation valve they put in the access, thank god. Water pressure was fine.
Day to day, rear wash on high oscillating on, water temp mid Partner has his own profile in the app. Lid auto close is slow (like a minute after you leave) which freaked my mum out, she kept pushing it down and that’s a no, it fights you.
Dryer does not replace paper. Anyone who says it does is lying or has more time than me. It gets you most of the way.
No flush plate included. READ THAT. We had chrome skate cosmopolitan S from the same order as the basin mixer so it matches. If you forget, you have a hole in the wall.
Would I spend £2270 again vs a £900 korean seat on a normal wc? Yes, because this is the whole toilet, hidden pipes, auto flush, and it doesnt look like you bolted a gadget on. Only reason its not 5 is the short guarantee and the branded descaler being cheeky money.
