I have now had this product for about a year. I love it! My husband, on the other hand, seems to be a bit frightened by it. He says the seat circumference is somewhat small (he is 5'11 and around 190 lbs). We had this installed by a plumber because we aren't good at that sort of thing and, truthfully, didn't want the head aches. Our plumber had never installed one either so he had another plumber do it as he watched. The water pressure is good and I love the warm water stream. I have become super spoiled by the self flushing and self rising lid (although it is sometimes annoying that it goes up every time you move in its vicinity. I often shut the john door so it doesn't get set off. The remote works great and we have it mounted on the wall next to the toilet. The dryer works well, although I'd like it to be a bit stronger air flow. I don't think I ever want to live in a house without this product!

I was some skeptical at the beginning but I must say it's a great compromise over the conventional bidet on existing bathroom(s).
I didn't find it difficult in the assembling and installing. The hardest part was to take it off from the shipping crate.
I only had to add the adapted for the valve and the rest was as easy as installing any other bath component. In the installation I really appreciated the module VOVO uses to connect to the drain intake.
It has a real strong self cleaning and flush capability, uses much less water than the old unit and theoretically makes the toilet paper a "thing of the past".

I have to say the idea of spending thousands of dollars for a toilet sounds both profligate and a little nuts. But I tried one of these when traveling in Japan (where most public restrooms and private ones have these combo toilet-bidets installed) and I couldn't believe how great it was.

1 The heated seat ... in the middle of the night ... that lifts up when you walk into the room .... then goes back down and flushes itself when you're through.

2 The wand that sprays water to the temperature you desire and in the location with the pressure you want and set for yourself

3 Two customizable settings so that you only push one button to get the water, temperature, pressure, aim, and oscillation of the bidet function just the way you like it

4 Dual flush, light or heavy, dictated by a button you can push or determined automatically by the toilet based on how long you were there

5 An incredibly effective deodorizer

6 A warm air dryer that takes a little too long to get you all the way dry, but is a pleasant sensation and basically lets you finish up with one small section of TP.

After two weeks living with this toilet .... I gotta say, I want one in every place I live from now on. Can't imagine being without it.

Flushing is surprisingly good. Was afraid it would be insufficient, but in fact flushes nicely. Bidet functions are of course fantastic. Thank you again!!
