I ordered the Maro D'italia DI600 on June 21, 2018.
As i never had experience or even new about what to look for bidets, i was extremely skeptical. Jonas and Thomas though were there to help me from the first minute.. A big plus was the unbeatable prices compared to other websites, the excellent communication and of course the amazing product i got.
It came to Cyprus in less than a week, and i had it in the box until i bought wall plug that can be installed in WC room.
I checked the manual, and after some help again from Jonas and Thomas online, i was able to install the bidet.
I have problem with hemorrhoids. Whenever i use paper, i see blood and have a lot of pain afterwards. Also i was always feeling dirty.
But by using hot water and then hot air (i only use the rear nozzle for cleaning, as it mixes air and water and cleans perfect), i never have this feeling and pain.
At first i thought the hot air is not blowing dry sufficient. Well. Use it again. Or take a piece of paper and tap it gently to get the excess water. When you are done from the air drying you just stand up and it turns off. (don't do that while water is spraying, if you don't want to get a shower in the face :-))
Also for a while now i stopped using paper.

So as a conclusion:

This review offers my personal feedback after trying the maro for approx 2 weeks.

Installation :
Everything was easy and straightforward albeit a bit tricky to match the piping. We installed the filter that came inside the box and not the extra one. I hope this is OK.
The base to install on the toilet is very simple and intuitive to use but I am not sure it is very tight (I am afraid to overtighten it) but given that the latch has a 1 mm movement overall is OK.
The hardest part was finding the correct pipe adaptors to go from the provided 3 way joint to the ones of the toilet flusher/tank. It involved a couple of trips to the store but overall it is OK now. Perhaps it is a UK thing that piping varies so much.


Fit to toilet :
I have the ultra Orb toilet that you advised. It fits like a glove. Happy to send a picture if you want.

Use :
After some trials I believe I can say that the wash function is awesome. I love it and now that I know its quirks I have a very good clean.
I don't use the bidet function but my wife says it does not reach well the correct location. If you have any hint on what we could do to improve this it would be of great help.
I don't use the dry function although it works fine.

Wishlist (order of importance from more to less)
A) left right oscillation is lacking and I wish it was there
B) I wish the night light was on a motion sensor or when you touch the seat to lift it. As it is now I have to firstly find the remote, open it, turn on the light and then turn it off. For all this work I just shoot in the dark or turn on the bathroom light. I may have a setting wrong so please let me know if I am doing something wrong.
C) I wish toilet seat was auto closing opening electromechanically but I am being neat picky and this is not important.

This Maro bidet has enabled my husband with Motor Neurone Disease to continue being independent for a bit longer, much to his delight. The bidet is great, washes well, but sometimes needs a second drying time.

Jonas was kind enough to offer advice for ease of use (the AUTO function, which activates washing and drying all by a push of a single button).

Recommended for anyone with disabilities involving being unable to clean themselves after using the toilet.
