International Shipping

Do I have to pay customs and import duties for countires outside of the EU/UK?

Yes. Most of the international orders are subject to Duties, Taxes,  and Customs Fees in the destination country. Our prices do not include such duties, taxes or levies. Please check with appropriate authorities in your country before placing orders. International orders take longer than UK orders. Time could vary between 1 week to 2 weeks for all major international cities, however, time could substantially increase for smaller and inner cities. All custom duties, taxes, levies and charges are customer's responsibility and these must be paid on or before the receipt of the shipment either to the customs office or paid to the carrier (DHL or UPS). Custom clearance might result in extra time over and above standard shipment time. Please consult your shipping agent or the courier company for getting information about custom clearance. Generally orders are shipped within 1-2 business days but could be subject to delays for reasons beyond our control.
