Daewon have designed a brilliant seat in this model. It does all it claims to and is very simple to both use and to fit and at such a great price too. I thoroughly recommend this product to anyone in need of a terrific bidet seat.You will not be disappointed......

Great service, it took a little time to learn to use it, but would recommend it.

This is my second Maro Washlet, bought to replace a poorly made Chinese-made seat for the second bathroom. The Maro works well, customer service is in the EU, so was able to call and be talked through a minor adjustment that involved taking the first seat apart (if you need to turn off the water for any plumbing repairs, make sure you unplug the seat so it doesn't run without water, as it will trip a circuit breaker in the seat). The only complaint I have is that the plastic seat starts to develop fractures after several years of use, but this has been a problem with any of the handicap seats that we've purchased over the years. The toilet seat breaks before anything else does.

With a Heated Seat, Heated Water, and Multiple settings (including a button for Kids), this is fantastic.
My husband installed it in about 35 minutes. It does plug into a regular grounded outlet.

After doing a lot (and I mean a lot) of research as to which model of Bidet to purchase, I went with this one.

It claims to be a middle of the road bidet, but come on folks.....the luxury bidets have all of the same features. You just might have digital numbers or a remote control.

My entire family has been using this product now for about a month, and it is fabulous.
I have a 9 year old, a 6 year old, and a 3 year old.
They giggled about using it the first few times, but we are now all used to it, and we prefer it much more then to that of using toilet paper.
The kids have thanked me several times.

Dislike/Tips: need teflon tape for the t-joint pipe. first I would disassemble the old toilet seat and clean the area. then get the T pipe wrap with teflon tape. amounting the seat to the bracket was difficult for me. it didn't slide so easily. many tries just wouldn't able to get it on. what I did was took out the bracket and slid it outside while holding the seat on my lap (metal bracket/ plastic nuts already in place). Once I got it to click, I just mount onto the toilet holes where the plastic bolts should go and made adjustment and tighten the nuts. This step was the most time consuming. as far as the pipe connection goes it was simple. make sure you hand tight where the plastic connections. didn't hire electrician to install new outlet. I just got extension cord 15' with conduit and connect the power.

as far as the seat.. it is not for large person (250lbs+). This is Korean product. works well like the deodorizer and remote that mounted on the wall (came with 3m tape but you can use screw with it). I wouldn't trust using just the tape it can fall out and damage your remote.

water does takes 3 seconds to warm up. seat heats up gradually as well.

for quality and price and value....I would definitely highly recommend and must buy; although, not sure about the reliability in the long run. also you can get spare parts from any Dib retailer.

done alot of research before purchasing this and I'm glad that I did. you won't be disappointed.
